Together, we are changing the lives of children with disabilities in Cambodia.
Support Disability
We proudly support Safe Haven’s mission to support children with disabilities.
Safe Haven’s mission is to provide intervention and support for children with disabilities and medical conditions, ensuring they have access to the necessary medical and therapeutic resources to live healthy lives and achieve their fullest potential and greatest level of independence.
Empowering Children with Disabilities
Safe Haven provides specialised disability rehabilitation services for children, focusing on enhancing their physical and cognitive abilities. Through physical therapy, the organisation helps improve strength, range of motion, and overall functioning. Interventionists use play therapy to develop both fine and gross motor skills.
In addition, Safe Haven provides adaptive equipment to increase safety and comfort, along with nutritional support for children facing malnutrition due to feeding challenges. The organisation ensures a holistic approach, combining therapies and family education to foster the child’s well-being within their home environment.
