Overview
Ride With Purpose, Support Ponheary Ly Foundation
Join our monthly Community Ride, a meaningful adventure supporting our incredible partner Ponheary Ly Foundation. This is your chance to ride with us, connect with fellow riders and learn about an incredible local cause that’s changing lives.
About Ponheary Ly Foundation
Ponheary Ly Foundation ensures equal educational opportunities for impoverished students across Cambodia through scholarships, school meals, teacher training, and infrastructure. They support over 3,000 students from primary school through to university, and have facilitated more than 331 full university scholarships to date, opening doors that change entire family trajectories.
What to Expect
This isn’t your average tour. It’s a morning to ride together, meet new people, and put your wheels behind something that matters. We’ll meet at the Ripple Effect Rides store, where you’ll be welcomed, fitted with your bike and helmet, and given a briefing on the day ahead. From there, we’ll transfer you out by support tuk tuk to a picturesque starting point in the Cambodian countryside, all included in your registration fee. The ride covers 15 to 20km on a relaxed, scenic route, with our team riding alongside and a support tuk tuk on hand for water, snacks and rest stops where the route allows. Along the way, we’ll pause for an impact talk introducing you to Ponheary Ly Foundation’s work and the difference your contribution makes. Expect good company, real conversations, and the kind of morning that stays with you. At the end of the ride, we’ll transfer you back to our store, refreshed and refuelled.
Our Purpose
The goal of this ride is to raise vital funds and awareness for the incredible work Ponheary Ly Foundation does. Your support helps fund scholarships, school meals, and teacher training that open doors for Cambodian students who would otherwise have none. Your small registration fee covers operational costs and taxes, so that 100% of your donation goes directly to Ponheary Ly Foundation. No middle layers, no admin fees taken out.
